  Hello girls,

This is my first beauty post and decided to tell you how my passion for this art started.

Since I was young, I loved doing my makeup and like any girl I used to play with my mom cosmetic. So as I grew up with the practice I was developing my makeup & hairstyle skills.

I used to do all my friends and cousins makeup and hair when we used to go out. Even after school the girls from other grades would ask me to cut their bangs.

Until one day my best friend from collage was getting married and she ask me to do the makeup for her bride’s maid, which I was one of them.  She hated her hair and makeup for her weeding day so I ended up doing it for her photo shoot after the weeding.

I remember one day she calls me and tells me that a co- worker was getting married and she was looking for a makeup and hair artist so she gave her my contact.

I told her; but I'm not a professional makeup artist and she told me; You should start making it a business, you still do all the girls makeup and you do it for free.

I ended up doing her friend makeup and hair and she love it, i have to confess I was really nervous. And since that day I started my business. 

After that, I started having more and more clients. So I decided to take makeup classes to perfect my skills and have more knowledge in the area.

 I really enjoy doing makeup for brides, and being part of the most special moment in their life, and them trusting me, is just a feeling that I can’t explain.

I'm engaged and my clients always ask me if for my wedding day I'm going to do my own makeup and hair.

I always think that will be after finding the perfect gown one of the most difficult task for me. Promise to let you know when the moment arrives.

Este es mi primer post sobre belleza y decidí contarles como surge mi pasión por este arte. Desde pequeña, me encantaba maquillarme y como  cualquiera niña le cogía a escondida todos los cosméticos a mi mamá. No se imaginan los boche que lleve.  Así que a medida que fui creciendo con la práctica fui desarrollando mis destrezas para maquillarme y peinarme.

Siempre era la que maquillaba y peinaba a mis amigas cuando íbamos a salir. Hasta que un día mi mejor amiga de la Universidad se iba a casar  y me pide que maquille a sus damas, yo era una de ellas.  También terminé maquillandola a ella para su sesión de fotos ya que odio,como la maquillaron el día de la boda.

Recuerdo que un día ella me llama y me dice que una compañera del trabajo se casaba y estaba buscando maquillista y quien la peinara y que le había pedido mi contacto.

Le digo, pero yo no soy maquillista profesional; y ella me dice, pues deberías empezar a verlo como un negocio, al final de cuenta lo haces de gratis. Así que hazlo!

Maquille y peine a su amiga.  Ella le encantó aunque les confieso que estaba super nerviosa.  Y así empezó  mi negocio.

A partir de ese momento empecé a tener más clientes y decidí tomar clases de maquillaje para perfeccionar.

Lo que más me apasiona de este trabajo,  es maquillar y peinar  novias, ser parte de un momento tan importante en sus vidas y que ellas confíen es  mi, es una satisfacción que no puedo explicar.

Estoy comprometida y mis clientes siempre me preguntan que si el día de mi boda me voy a maquillar y peinar yo misma.

Les confieso que temo que esa sera una tarea muy difícil para mi, después de encontrar el vestido perfecto ( ese es otro tema aún más complicado) y que aún no decido. Ya les contaré cuando llegue el momento ….
